ADVERTISEMENT FOR MONITORING & EVALUATION TRAINING WORKSHOP

Background
To overcome the challenges arising from the need to improve Program/project management for effective and efficient results, the Institute of Management and Consultancy (IMC) has organized training on Monitoring and Evaluation just for that purpose. With offices in Tanzania, Malaysia, China, Dubai-UAE, Uganda and Swaziland, IMC has vast practical experiences in capacity building through training and consultancy services to both Public and Private sector institutions and individuals.

A brief on the Training
Programs & Projects need continuous tracking and periodic assessments in order to be effective and efficient. Donors, stakeholders, project implementation teams, beneficiaries and the general public, require constant feedback on project performance. Consequently, the five day M&E training will equip you with advanced Project Monitoring and evaluation skills including developing an appreciation of Program/Project Management, the components of an effective M&E Plan, Data collections methods, tools, ethical considerations in data collection, data use, data quality, statistical analysis, processing, storage, sharing, feedback mechanisms and reporting to enhance your capacity of managing the project effectively and efficiently to deliver on the expected intervention outcomes.

Training objective:
To greatly improve the project monitoring and evaluation skills of participants for effective and efficient project implementation.

Cost: TSH 650,000/=

Payment caters for the following costs: Two teas, buffet lunches, water, training materials, trainers’ fees and certificates. Participants will organize for their own accommodation, but we can help the participants in making reservations in Hotels of their choice.

An organization sponsoring more than one person will get a discount of 10% while those organizations sponsoring more than three persons will have the fourth person attending at 50% discount.
