Job Description

We are currently looking for driven, dynamic and results-oriented individuals with a natural passion for sales and dreams to establish a successful and rewarding career in Real Estate and property development industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure that their sales team promotes and market the various real estate projects of the company while exemplifying best qualities of a company sales team leader.
• Establish and nurture meaningful client relationship by providing excellent customer service also to maintain solid relationships with past clients to generate additional referral business.
• Ensure monthly/quarterly/annual team and business sales target are met.
• Assist and guide property consultants in sales presentations and site tripping.
• Proposes and spearheads group sales activities that promotes projects, increase lead generation and hit sales targets.
• Timely submission of relevant sales report to sales directors and the management
• Supports all property sales by overseeing due diligence process and monitoring the activity of outside brokers.
• Build a client base through various marketing and networking activities
• Promoting/marketing real estate on behalf of the company and providing guidance to buyers to facilitate the purchasing process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a minimum of a Certificate, diploma or degree in the related field
• With previous real estate management experience at least 2 years.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
• Must have experience in dealing with brokers, sellers and agents.
• Must be goal-oriented, driven and enthusiastic with leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure
• Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
• Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
• Strong sales closing abilities
• Talent for building rapport and making connections
• Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results
• The capability to adapt to a diverse clientele base
• Persistent and able to work with people
• Strong negotiating skills
• Understand the importance of self-marketing – Facebook, twitter,instagram, etc
• Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
